Baked Chicken and Tomato Penne

Ingredients:
300g penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chives (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. SautΓ© garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and cook until softened.
4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
5. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over and mix until well coated.
6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
7. Garnish with chopped chives and serve hot.
