1/2 tsp garlic powder

4 slices cheddar cheese
4 strips crispy bacon
Dill pickle slices
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
For the Bun:
2 burger buns
1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Instructions:
Prepare the Burger Patties:
Combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Shape the mixture into 2 equal patties, slightly larger than the buns as they will shrink during cooking.
Cook in a skillet or on a grill over medium-high heat for about 3β4 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
Cook the Bacon:
Cook the bacon strips in a skillet until crispy. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
Toast the Buns:
Spread butter on the cut sides of the burger buns and toast them on a skillet or grill until golden brown.
Assemble the Burger:
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (optional) on the bottom bun.
Place the cheese-covered burger patty on top.
Add crispy bacon strips, pickle slices, and a drizzle of ketchup.
Place the top bun and press down lightly.
