Mini Bacon Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
For the Patties:
2 lbs (900 g) ground beef (80/20)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For the Toppings:
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 slices crispy bacon
Optional: pickles, lettuce, or ketchup
For the Buns:
8 slider buns or small brioche buns
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Patties:
Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Form into small patties slightly larger than the buns (theyβll shrink when cooked).
Cook the Bacon:
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
Cook the Patties:
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
Cook patties for 3β4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Toast the Buns:
Lightly brush buns with melted butter and toast on a skillet or grill until golden brown.
Assemble the Burgers:
Place the patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun.
Top with a slice of crispy bacon.
Add additional toppings like pickles, lettuce, or ketchup, if desired.
Cover with the top bun.
Serve:
