Ingredients (for 3 Burgers)
For the Patties:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
For the Chicken Tenders (Crispy Burger):
2 chicken tenders
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
For the Cheese Sauce:
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
Toppings:
Bacon strips (cooked)
Brioche buns
Spicy mayo (mix mayo with sriracha)
Lettuce, tomato, or fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Patties
Divide the ground beef into 3 portions and shape into patties.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Step 2: Fry the Chicken Tenders
Dip the chicken tenders in buttermilk, then dredge in a mixture of flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken tenders until golden brown and crispy (about 5 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
Step 3: Prepare the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Season with smoked paprika and a pinch of salt.
Step 4: Toast the Buns
Spread butter on the brioche buns and toast in a skillet until golden brown.
Step 5: Assemble the Burgers
Bacon Cheeseburger:
Layer a beef patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and spicy mayo on a toasted bun.
Crispy Chicken Burger:
Add a crispy chicken tender, a drizzle of cheese sauce, and fresh herbs on a toasted bun.

Top a beef patty with cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, and spicy mayo.
Step 6: Serve
Serve the burgers on a tray with a side of crispy fries .
